My desktop and system tray Chrome icons have suddenly been covered with a black square which covers a ¼ of the bottom right hand part. Just on one of my Win 10 computers.

Is it trying to tell me something?

By any chance do you have more than one Google account?

Clear Thumbnail and icon cache files maybe this will resolve the issue.

Thanks for that advice- I've looked into how to do this which seems rather tricky and a lot of trouble for one icon glitch which is not really bothering me and might not even fix it so I'll leave it as it is for now.

If it was indicating a more serious problem then I'd tackle it.

Thanks again.
