wlan extensibilty has failed to start wifi keeps dropping and stopping

okay so recently my computer keeps cutting out saying the dns is not responding and then coming back on and when this happens certain sites stay online i did a thorough scan with malwarebytes adwcleaner tdsskiller hitman pro malwarebytes anti rootkit and avast but they said everything is fine i have no idea what to do

okay i think i solved it it seems it was avast safe zone browser causing it
