Dell touch pad and keys not working

Hi I uninstalled Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 from my Dell 502 xps laptop then I uninstalled Kaspersky but now my touchpad and keyboard are not working I'm typing this on my mobile phone

Hi,

 

Can you use an external mouse to go into device manager and try reinstalling/updating the drivers for your mouse/keyboard.

Keyboard and TouchPad work in safe mode but not normal mode
