This keep showing up whenever I visit paypal its showing up in all browsers (There are times that I can normally visit paypal but too scared to login)

I tried scanning with avast(full system + boot scan),  malwarebytes and superantispyware but it still wasn't fixed,

SuperAntispyware is able to detect it if I don't clear cookie.

If I add a temporary exception I can view paypal like normal.

Please help.

Wait for Windows update to finish.

Then post the Addition.txt file that was created by the Farbar tool.
I need to review it.

How is the computer running?
