That's just a little thin to go on.  How about an explanation of what is working and what isn't.
Does the keyboard or touchpad work at all?
What happens when you try to use either one?
What is the make and model of this laptop?
What is the make and model of this computer?
What operating system are you running?
If you have or have access to a external keyboard and mouse please try these to see if they function properly.
