Hello, I have started receiving different blue screens over the past week that seem to be caused by ntoskrnl.exe. Everything I have read points to a memory issue, so I let a memtest run over night with no errors. I have removed my overclock and the issue continues. Temperature on my machine is fine as well. Any advice would be appreciated.  Some of the times the machine does not bluescreen, it just reboots without an error message and then powers right back in to windows. My part list is as follows:
Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 7
Core i5-6600k
Samsung Evo 850 500gb
EVGA 650W PSU
EVGA GTX 1080 SC
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 2800MHz
Scythe Cooling Motherboard SCKTT-1000 CPU fan

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F7) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

These drivers are not installed.  Please download and install them:

Ethernet Controller    PCI\VEN_1969&DEV_E0A1&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_10\4&325A602&0&00E2    The drivers for this device are not installed.

They are for the wired ethernet controller and will be available from the system/motherboard manufacturer's support website.

A lot of Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) errors in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

Please update this driver package from the system/motherboard manufacturer's support website.

Riva Tuner (along with MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

The CAM_V3.sys driver dates from 2008 and may not be compatible w/W10.  I've seen a couple of these recently, and believe that this might be a sign that these are no longer compatible w/W10.

This driver likely belongs to the CAM software from NZXT - so please uninstall it and see if that stops the BSOD's

FYI - this program also uses the WinRing library drivers - which have also been known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

In the event that this doesn't stop the BSOD's - please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
