My PC keeps telling me my DRIVERS are out of date and I need 7 new Drivers????

Your PC...does not normally dispense such messages..it's not your PC or Windows telling you such, likely it's a program you have installed.

 

FWIW:  There is no logical reason to ever worry about a driver for computer components...as long as the system is functioning normally.  A working driver is a good driver and does not require periodic updating.
