Hello My name is Ann.

I am a newbie.  I have two boys and I'm a stay at home mom.  I'm hoping to learn from the best here in this forum, because I don't have money to be able to pay the prices that the computer technicians ask.  I ask lots of questions and I try really hard to make my questions simple and to the point.  I like answers that are detailed and to the point, not vague and going around the bush.  That way it answers my questions without me having to ask more questions.

I'd like to thank everyone who reads this.  Thank you for your time and thank you for your patience.
