When I started the PC this AM at 5:30 AM it started updating Win 10. The message (when it comes up) says "working on updates 30% don't turn off the PC, this may take awhile. It is now 10:20 AM, and still rebooting every 2 or 3 minutes. It never starts.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

I changed the boot order to a backup drive that I hadn't backed up in several weeks. It updated Win 10 to 100% and started. I checked the files on the C: drive and they are all current. The PC seems to run slower though. I then went into BIOS and changed the drives back to the original boot order. The same thing happened it was stuck on 30%, so I changed back. It seems to be working, but the original primary drive still won't start.
