I know how contentious the wifi radiation issue is in the minds of many; I am not here to argue whether or not wifi is dangerous, I just want to know how to pick a router that satisfies my demands.

  •  Wifi can be shut off via the browser, and will remain off for the duration, or a physical switch

  •  Adjustable transmit power capable of being set very low

  •  Adjustable beacon interval

  •  Unscrewable antenna.

The purpose behind this is I want an excellent router that I can setup to have as genuine a wifi free hardwired connection as possible. If there is a method I haven't thought of to reduce wifi radiation, ideally with a particular router in mind, please share.

If you think Wifi harms you, then don't use it. Get a wired router. You may also consider moving here.
