Can anyone please say if all Inbound and Outbound traffic is intentionally blocked, by Windows 10 default Firewall, which are the rules which should be add for letting Adobe Flash Player to update?

This topic https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/119730  is saying that:

"aihdownload.adobe.com and fpdownload.macromedia.com" should be add to the firewall rule in order for Adobe Flash Player to update.

Is it tight please?
In Windows Firewall I couldn't find the option for adding a domain to the rules, and I couldn't find the IP addresses of the above two domains on
Any way please to add rules In Windows 10 Firewall for Adobe Flash Player to can update?
