apple se logging system crashes and reboots daily in diagnostics

phone is constantly crashing and referencing threads to memory dated in august with the ios9.3.5 system. makes no sense, ios10 is installed. ive reinstaled ios10 3 times and it s still crashing and doing strange things. everytime i rename it iphone se, then back it up, the next day its iphone again and all the settings are restored to default. has anyone got a clue or  having similiar issues, applecare thinks im crazy , could use some help ......its been 5 mths of problems.

Is it possible that you are syncing with a backup/setup that has as its last state the resulting state that you end up in? (not sure if that makes sense)

And how are you going about reinstalling iOS 10? In other words, what specific steps are you taking?
