My Grandmothers pc has AOL and recently when trying to connect to the internet it says that the modem is not connected or the software is missing, I dont know what the problem is but if anyone has any ideas about fixing it i'd be grateful. I'm going to try another modem tomorrow or later so i'll see if that works
