Any files that are encrypted with Hades Locker Ransomware
will have the .~HL[first_5_chars_of_password]
extension appended to the end of the encrypted data filename and leave files (ransom notes) README_RECOVER_FILES_[victim_id].html, README_RECOVER_FILES_[victim_id].png, README_RECOVER_FILES_[victim_id].txt.
