Sorry for the delay in responding.  If you still need assistance, please do the following:

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

Once again, sorry for the delay.  Lot's going on at home and work.  Just got finished with a trip to Seattle also.

Only 252 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 4 hard drives.  What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CB1&SUBSYS_85341043&REV_00\3&11583659&0&A0    The drivers for this device are not installed.
Not Available    ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&DABA3FF&2    The drivers for this device are not installed.
Ethernet Controller    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15A1&SUBSYS_85C41043&REV_00\3&11583659&0&C8    This device is disabled.
SM Bus Controller    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CA2&SUBSYS_85341043&REV_00\3&11583659&0&FB    This device is disabled.

The 1st device is most likely your Intel USB 3.0 drivers - please install that program (from the Asus support site for your system/motherboard

The 2nd device is likely an Asus Probe sensor device - please install that program

The 3rd device is your Ethernet controller (wired network) - please enable it and update the driver from the Asus support site.  Feel free to disable it once it's updated

The 4th device is for your chipset - please enable it and update the driver from the Asus support site.  DO NOT DISABLE IT AGAIN.

No memory dumps in the uploaded reports.

If using a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

The memory dumps were captured by WER (in the MSINFO32 report) and are related to networking.

Please download and update your wired, wireless, and bluetooth drivers to the latest available W7 compatible versions

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

MSI Afterburner (along with EVGA Precision and Riva Tuner) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Recently installed Windows, that's why it only has 252 update.

The power supply is Corsair HX750W (2 x hard drives, 2 x SSD drives)

I did everything you told me to do. What's next?

Thanks in advance!

Then we wait for further BSOD's.

If they occur, zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and upload them with your next post.

If you can't zip them there, copy them to your Desktop and zip it up there.

If the BSOD's don't come back within a week or so, then we figure that it's likely fixed.

If they don't come back within 2 weeks or so, then we figure it's probably fixed.

Hi

Are you using AdGuard and Kaspersky together? You might want to try uninstalling AdGuard and see whether does it solve the problem

Please advise.

Thanks.

Daemon Tools is still installed, please remove it as I suggested earlier.

You can feel free to reinstall it after we're finished troubleshooting.

Have you done a full system scan with Kaspersky?

The AdGuard program is still installed.

Please uninstall it and feel free to reinstall it after we're finished troubleshooting.

Once that's done, if the BSOD's continue, please run Driver Verifier according to these directions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Ok.

I've done full scan month ago, will do it again now!

Removed all you've said.

Now will see if BSOD still occurs...

Thanks

EDIT:

btw what do you think that is causing that NETIO.SYS error?

Hi

Netio.sys BSOD usually appeared when there's a conflict/corruption to device drivers or critical system files.

Hope this clarifies.

Thanks.
