Hello!
I have a pc with ATI HD 7700 GPU and it has a very strange problem.

After Windows 10 loads, when the user loading screen should appear, there's no video signal. This only happens sometimes. I have to reboot many times until video just works and everything is normal. I tried to plug another monitor when it said "No signal" and the other one said the same thing.
I tried to format and everything gone fine for 3 months. Then the problem appeared again. After many weeks it happened more often. If at the 3rd month it needed only one or two reboots, after weeks it needed 6 or 7 to make it work. When it says "No signal" the PC remains ON.

THINGS I DID:
I updated BIOS (2 times) and I updated drivers but nothing happened. I tested HDD, RAM and CPU. During CPU test PC freezes after 30-40 min.
If i use a different GPU (I tried two) everything is fine. I also tried the same GPU (HD7700) in another pc for days and everything was fine.

So the problem seems to be this particular GPU in this particular PC. Any ideas on how to solve this and what the problem really is?

I would try these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Start with the video tests, but run ALL of the tests and let us know the results

I would also suggest trying another video card.  If you don't have one available, you may want to purchase one from a shop that will give you your money back if you return it because it's not needed.

I used the hardware diagnostics and everything is ok.
During the video test the GPU remains at a lower temperature than 50 C and it's fan remains at 35-40%.

I already tried 2 different GPU in the same pc and it works great.
I tried the actual GPU on different pc and also worked great.

Any suggestion?

If the other video cards worked well in this PC and the original didn't - then the original has a problem with this PC

Even if it works well in other PC's, it doesn't in this one - so I'd suggest replacing in.

It could be something as simple as one of the contacts being slightly out of line on the card and in the slot - or it could be something else entirely.
