i have a compaq presario with windows xp. i use kaspersky AV, spy sweeper, zone alarm personal with road runner high speed cable. about 300 times a day i get "this page cannot be displayed" messages. any ideas or advice? thanks, Ed James

Check the filter levels on your firewall and AV.

If you're using Windows Xp, try this:
Click Start / Run / type in; cmd/ and at the black command screen type in; ipconfig /flushdns

and/or try:
Start / Run / type in; regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click OK
