We are having some issue with Aruba Controller.The problem is described below;

We have deployed aruba Onguard. Users are connecting to Onguard enabled SSID, getting authenticated, receiving desired IP addresses and Onguard agent shows the posture health on User’s machines but the users do not connect to domain, it show public network as shown on the attached pics.

There is another SSID being broadcasting from Cisco access point with name SARSABS, the getting domain as shown in pic2.

Two WLCs and Two CPPM are installed and configured at Our data center as active and standby. There are total 96 APs are installed at remote sites they are converted in RAP mode because users profile for all sites is configured in split tunnel mode, access role authenticated is created and being used for all site’s users, split tunnel policy is created in this access role.

Radius server and AAA profile has been configured for CPPM. WLCs and AD has been added in CPPM. 802.1x service is created with Onguard settings on CPPM with SARSABZ ssid.

Users are connecting to SARSABZ ssid, being authenticated after providing username and password, and getting authenticated role after authentication.

Onguard agent which is installed on user’s machine showing the user’s machine status either it healthy or not, only write now Kaspersky Antivirus check is enable for all users.

Everything is working fine but in the end users are getting Public network instead of Domain network.

Summary of configuration is attached.

Users are not able to join domain until they have public network on their laptop instead of domain network.

Please help with this issue ASAP!!!
