Sorry for the delay in responding , have been travelling and very busy also.
It's often misleading to render a diagnosis after only 1 memory dump - but if that's all that you have, that's ll you can do.
Now that we have more (there were 10 memory dumps in the latest upload) we'll be able to see more and decide which path is the best to take.
Lot's of different issues in the dump files. Start by uninstalling your antivirus completely (if it has a removal tool, use that also - to ensure any remnants are completely removed).
Then use Windows Defender and the Windows firewall while testing to see if the BSOD's recur.
Also, uninstall the Intel Dynamic Platform Thermal Framework and then install a freshly downloaded copy.
Both of these were blamed in the dump files.
I'll post more on this later today or in the morning tomorrow (I'm running late for work now).
