Hi I have ran the tool you guys made and attached the .zip file in hopes of some guidance here. Let me know what you find/see and what I need to fix. I HOPE I did everything i needed to. FYI I do run Malwarebytes --- which seems to be the root cause of all problems these days. Antivirus programs in general actually.

FYI, this is an Insider Preview build.  As such, it's like running beta (or even alpha) software - and you can expect unreported problems with it.
In short, there may be no fix for the problems that you're having - and they may persist through several builds until Microsoft has enough data to fix it (if it is actually a Microsoft problem).

Also, as this is a Preview build, there are no publically released symbols for it - so analysis of the memory dumps is more difficult

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Device Manager shows that the drivers for this device are not installed:

Intel High Definition DSP    INTELAUDIO\DSP_CTLR_DEV_9D70&VEN_8086&DEV_0222&SUBSYS_00000022&REV_0001\4&A4C0FCF&0&0800    The drivers for this device are not installed.

Please install the latest, W10 compatible drivers for this device.

The memory dumps tend to blame networking drivers.  As such, I have to wonder about your wired/wireless/bluetooth drivers

I suggest:

- download fresh W10 compatible drivers for each device

- uninstall the software for these devices from Control Panel...Programs and Features (if you don't find it there, then uninstalll it from Device Manager and check the box to remove the files/software)

- install the freshly downloaded driver packages

- monitor for further BSOD's

Please uninstall MiniTool Partition WIzard, it's driver (pwdrvio.sys) dates from 2009

Please uninstall MalwareBytes and see if that helps.  I work over at the MalwareBytes forums and there are BSOD issues with it and the latest Fast Ring builds.

There is a "hint" that it was fixed in the latest build, but the results aren't fully in yet.  https://forums.malwarebytes.org/topic/190286-win-10-insider-preview-build-14959-fixed/

Finally, as there can be many different things that interfere with the networking on a system, I'd suggest running Driver Verifier according to these instructions if the BSOD's don't stop:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
