My lappie refuses to play DVD-RW's whether it be data or movies.  It does however recognize DVD-R and CD-RW.  I am puzzled and any help will be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.  If you need more info please let me know.

Do you know the model of the dvd player? If not you need to follow these steps to publish a snapshot...http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/323892/publish-a-snapshot-using-speccy/

Some dvd players may not support DVD-RW, but do support DVD+RW.
