Why is it when I create a signature in MS OL 2003 and save it, and then I open a new email to write and the signature shows up with a different font then what I chose. Also when I type a message the font is bigger then what I set it at (10pt Arial) and when I receive a test message from myself the font is smaller.

I can only send you these directions to compare to what you used. If they're the same I'll try to find some thing else.... see pages 33-36, Autosignature

Are you sending e-mails as plain text or as HTML? Plain text e-mail will only display the signature as text, no special formatiing is allowed. If you want special formatting, go to the Tools menu and select "Options". Go to the "Mail Format" tab and change the "Compose in this message format" setting to HTML. Click OK and test your signature.
