I have a Lenovo Thinkpad with an Nvidia 3100m, and the screen keeps going black for several seconds and coming back with parts of the screen still staying black for several seconds before looking normal. Not sure what to do. Drivers and everything are their newest version.

Probably a Driver Issue - Did you always have Win 10 ?

What happens if you Boot into SafeMode or Boot to The Bios Setup Screen - Does It Still Happen ?
