After this update my screen flashes during videos and playing games and had windows 10 support on my pc while they were on it wouldn't do it and they couldn't figure out what was wrong but as soon as they dropped off it would do it again. Thanks for response in advance.

Install latest version of graphic card driver. You can download the latest version of graphic card driver from graphic card manufacturer website.

Try different versions of graphic card driver you can also try Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and windows 10 drivers.

Connect your computer to different monitor to eliminate monitor causing the issue.

Disconnect graphic card and connect computer to monitor with VGA port to see issue cause by faulty graphic card.
