​Hi new friends on BC

 

kb 3197954 update goes to 35%​ gives message "couldn't complete the updates returning to start" appears to go into a loop.

Delete Windows Update Cache folder with my batch script this batch script also repairs common simple Windows Update errors.

No its okay you did not notice the download link for the batch script click below link and from page opened  click orange box on the page. This will download zip archive which contains the batch script extract the batch script from zip archive and right click the batch script and select "Run as Administrator".

You can do Repair Install of Windows 10 this will not delete your personal files, settings and programs you have installed.

Looks like its solved.

I reset my pc yesterday as a last resort knew I would lose most of my apps so spent day reinstalling the ones I want for now.

Yes only issue with repair install is you have to reinstall your apps you have installed before repair install of Windows 10.
