Hello...

I have trouble with my new notebook toshiba Z30-C .

The problem with BSOD starts after i update W10 to W10 Annivesary.

The BSOD error message shows KNODE problem or more often DPC switch.

Sometimes after few hour of work, sometime after few seconds....

I thing that the problem with drivers for GPU is there, but i am not really sure...

The  sysnativefile together with perfmon are attached.

Thank´ s for the tips and your help...

This is very similar to another topic posted here.  Have you posted another topic under a different username?  If so, please provide a link to it.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 5.80) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

C: drive only has about 4% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty).  Low free space can cause BSOD's - but the actual amount depends on the files being used by the system.  This is about the point where I expect to start seeing serious problems with the OS - please free up the space immediately!

The WER section of the MSINFO32 report shows problems with snapman.sys - a driver for your Acronis software.

The analysis of the memory dumps shows the same thing.

Please uninstall Acronis and see if that stops the problem.

If it does, then try a fresh copy of the program from the Acronis website.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

Finally, please note the drivers below that date from before 2015 (when W10 came out).

They should be checked to ensure that they are compatible w/W10

If in doubt, either uninstall them or update them to the latest, W10 compatible version.

Hello Usasma,
Thx for you help - was very helpfull.
So i dont have different username here, this was my first post here.
After i send this post, i try to update bios and cleanup the hdd to 25% free space...
But this doesnot solve the problem with BSOD...
So i want to try the windows update - but instalation was failed in every time...
I try to download hotfix from catalog.mic... site.
But instalation finished by BSOD... everytime...
Thanks to your help i try to uninstall the Acronis software...
BSOD still alive :(
BUT  aftrer update the driver SPTD to driver for W10 (sptd2)... and uninstall the Daemont tools, the system looks stable now.
By the way, the problem with failed installation of hotfixes was solved by
the tools from MS.
sfc/scannow
and DISM
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Now after uninstaled Acronics and Daemon tools with update form MS, the system looks stable. I hope that it will be stable long time ;)))
Best Regards and Thanks a lot.
