I recently put together a new PC to use as a home server and installed WIndows Server.  My problem is that my network adapter is not working.  I looked in device manager and it doesn't show up. Tried installing the drivers and got the message "cannot install drivers no Intel adapters are present in this computer".  I am using an EVGA Micro 2 motherboard with a intel i217v nic.  I have done some research and found it is not compatible with the OS.  What is the best way around this?

Install a PCIe NIC expansion. They aren't expensive.

Here's a little info.
