Hello, I'm new here so I would like to apologize if this is not done correctly or in the right place. (I get lost in forums easily, [forum retarded] I have difficulty within forums)
A full PC parts listing is located in my profile.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, I have had programs such as CCleaner, iobit malware fighter and Microsoft security essentials find and remove things they deemed as issue's before. I have noticed that most programs I run have at random slight system "hangs" or "lag's" where it appears to pause briefly then continue on, programs and games that never before had issue's, other times I get a B.S.O.D. which results in a massive memory dump. I also in searching my event log's have noticed a pattern of "Special privileges assigned to new logon." that are not from my PC operation. Not sure if it's also related or not, formatting and re-installing windows does not solve the B.S.O.D. Can things hide in programmable keyboards/mice/H.O.T.A.S./RAM/Graphic's cards/Processor/Router? I do not believed it to be a hardware issue as it's all worked fine together for many years prior.

Please help me get you whatever things/information you need to diagnose the issue's at hand.

Two of the B.S.O.D. reports.
