Hi there, I found a couple of threads about the sfc/scannow tool and came up with this log.

(See attached .txt file.)

Now, what do I need to do to fix the issues of my sluggish computer?

Here is a link to help you get started until someone comes along.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/128665/before-you-post-about-a-problem/

Here is one that will help you diagnose speed problems.

If you are so inclined, you can post a Speecy Snapshot using this tutorial, this will tell the guru's a lot about your pc:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/323892/publish-a-snapshot-using-speccy/#entry1797792

Or, just post your system specs like Brand and Model#.  Or if you know the specs, things like:

CPU,

RAM,

HD,

Graphics

And of course a little patience.

I don't know much about the sfc/scannow although it has fixed some stuff for me.  Did it tell you it was fixing something, did it ask you to Choose to repair?  It looks like it repaired something but I'm not positive.
