Computer Cleaned Up And Now No Network Connections Showing

I had spyware and malware and we got it all cleaned up but now my network connections have disapeared. I can still get online, i just can see them! What the heck?

Try going to Start> Control Panel> Network Connection> LOC> Properties> <check> Show icon in notification area when connected
See if that gives you what you want?

I am running it in classic so that is not an option to Show icon in notification area when connected and there isn't a properties any place either.

when you open Start> Control Panel> Network Connection>, what do you you get

At the time I got nothing but I was looking on another forum and it said to download Tune Up Utilities 2006 and that would fix it. I also discovered that the device manager was also blank and Tune-Up fixed that as well. I am back to running perfectly again! Thanks!
