After clicking the red download button select the below file. Its the last file in the list. Scroll to the bottom.

  • windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe - This application installs Sp1 to a 32-bit machine running Windows 7.

Thanks John!  I am going nuts trying to get my mini to update, last updates were in Sept only about 20 a third of which were Net Frame stuff.

Once you upgrade to SP1 then you can download the April 2016 Rollup that has all updates from SP1 to April 2016. I would also download IE11 and .NET 4.61

IE11

NET 4.61

In your PM you asked which one to download from the list. Scroll down to the last selection and mark it with a checkbox. Look for

windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe

When searching for ideas one reply on the MS site said to reinstall SP1, there was a chance it would fix my down load issue.

Thanks Phil

So you have SP1 already installed? I would not install it again

I would download the April rollup and also the Servicing Stack as shown in link I provided.

Also see this site. You want to download the latest Update Agent.
