I think I have been hacked.  MS Essentials found two Trojans and removed them but ever since I have something eating up my CPU and memory.  I also notice something new in my startup - "aa_patch" which I have disabled.  Anybody know what that is and how to get rid of it?

Might I suggest posting something into the Am I Infected area, There, you'll be given instructions by a malware removal expert to help you clean up your machine.

If you read the Stickies at the top of that area, you'll find full instructions on how to proceed.
