Easiest set up for me with an outlook account on Android was using Blue Mail - Email Mailbox. It handles all my email accounts from various providers.

Lets clarify. Are you wanting to use Outlook the email client or Outlook the email service? I think I misunderstood you at first. You have Verizon as your ISP and email provider and you want to use the Outlook email client to view email on an Android phone? Is that correct?

If so Outlook for Android is nothing like it's Windows counterpart. I tried it once and fought with it for an hour and quit. Switched to BlueMail and never looked back. The Outlook filtering for Android is subpar. But if thats what you want to use here is the app. I won't allow it on my phone.

Microsoft Outlook
