My computer specs:

Lenovo Flex 2 14-inch

Win 10 2nd anniversary update

CPU: i7-4510u

GPU: Nvidia 840m 4gb ddr3

Ram: 8gb ddr3

Hi guys,

My computer(lenovo flex 2 14-inch)

I am having bad fps on games like Rocket league, all settings set to Quality, 40-50fps.

On my older computer, ASUS K46CB, i5 3337u+740m+8gb ram can reach around 60 fps.

I updated my driver to the latest version.

The only difference between the computer(either than the processor and graphic card) is that my ASUS computer is on win 7 prof, while my lenovo computer is at win 10.

So, does it means that win 10 is causing my computer to not perform well?

I already disable xbox dvr and Superfetch on my lenovo computer, still having the same fps.

Please guide on how to make games run faster/smoother.

Thanks.

Windows 10 nothing to do with low FPS have you recently defragment hard drive if not you should. You can read about prefetching feature of Windows OS from below link. You can also read my tutorial about increasing fps from below link.

Don't worry about it. Do you update your videocard driver?
