Can someone explain to be the UEFI secure boot and can you still launch live cd's on it? From what i read about the UEFI options can be changed only after you are logged into your windows admin account? What are the advantages of UEFI compared to the old BIOS versions?

Thank :)

Good. good info Cat! But still i couldn't find these answers- if your Safe Boot is on, can you still launch live usb/cd and if you want to change the boot options for example. do you need first to log to your windows account and start advanced settings from there.
