Problems With Group Policy In Samba When The Domain Controller Is Running Samba

Our company is running all of our resources through Samba including our Domain Controllers for Active Directory. I understand that for using any Group Policies with Samba is that you have to take care of sysvol replication yourself. Policies are created under the sysvol folder on DCs and in a Windows environment that's replicated among all the DCs. But with Samba you have to set up your own replication. So we set up our domain and have our UISfor using any Group Policies with Samba is that you have to take care of sysvol replication yourself. So we are setting up our domain and have the UIDs matched across your DCs, so you can just rsync the sysvol folder. Problem is our group policies dont always deploy. We have 500 plus users and PC's all running Windows 7. Can you provide any ideas as to why this does not synch?
