C drive acces denied (Windows 7)

Hello there ! First i want to sorry for my English - hope its not so bad and you should understand. My computer is in Slovak too - but that doesn´t matter
So... It has began when i tryed to reinstall google chrome because it deleted my "expansions" (idk right name for that) but it wasnt able to download due to "network error" (or something like this) fu*k im so lazy to write it all because im writing this for third time due to my stupidity

Go to computer Attached File  help 2.PNG   288.6KB   0 downloads
Then right click on c drive and click properties Attached File  Help 1.PNG   424.23KB   0 downloads
Go to security and click edit Attached File  Help 3.PNG   278.84KB   0 downloads

then click add, put "Users" and then click "check" and put ok Attached File  Help 4.png   237.22KB   0 downloads
Give them permissions  Attached File  help 5.png   261.14KB   0 downloads
And dont forget to click - use button

Took me some time to do it so i hope it at least help you
