File Hippo App Manager says it can't connect

I'm getting a message on both my desktop (Windows 10 Home 32 Bit) and my laptop (Windows 10 Home 64 Bit) for this program stating: "Communication failure. Check connection and settings."


I have Internet and there is nothing wrong with my connection or settings. Can anyone help with this?
