I am working on Windows 10 Home x64 installed printer, working fine but PC can't see scanner. Printer and Scanner work fine on different PC only one is causing issues. Contacted Brother, we did troubleshoot, they connected to PC and tried them self and give up.
Looks like issue is with W10 and "Scanners and Cameras", when you go there to manually add Scanner -> "Add device" noting happens after clicking. Should be wizard up to manually add.
Anyone else had issue with something like this?
Drivers were reinstalled few times, with AV on and off, custom installations with only Scanner Driver (installations always go through without any errors), removed TWAIN files from Temp, cleaned registry - noting helped.
