Hey guys, I'm wondering what the best way to go about adding 300+ external emails to a distribution list would be. From time to time we have to do press releases and our media correspondent thinks it would be best to have a distribution list for this. They are all external emails. Any idea's for this?

You should be able to create mail contacts for the external users, and then add them to the group.

OK looks like thats my only option. I suppose adding them to a department in their exchange profile is the only way to distinguish the group from the others on the server as well. Thanks.
