I reset a laptop last night, and it downgraded itself back to Windows 8.1. I used the assistive technologies way to update to Windows 10, and after the upgrade the loading circle dot animation thing wouldn't appear. I was able to get into Startup Repair eventually and factory reset it back to 8.1. Does anyone have an idea to what's going on?

Oh, and I forgot to mention the laptop is an (I think) Asus Transformer Book T100TA.

Please help, I don't like windows 8.1.
