I had recently performed a Bios update on my HP laptop with a Intel Core i7 4700MQ and 8GB of RAM.

Now, whenever I try to turn it on, the caps lock light blinks twice. I looked it up, and it's supposed to be a BIOS corruption failure. How do I fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please...post the link to the information that leads you to your conclusion about the BIOS being corrupted.

Does the system boot into safe mode?

What is the laptop model?
