Hello,
My first time posting. Normaly i would scan the forum and get help that way bu i have been battling this for 2 days now. numerous scans. numerous products. my problem is i cant afford to buy most of the things they suggest. I am a bit frazzled and this hp virus alert is driving me slowly insane.
as quick as i deploy a scanner more viruses develop. at one time i had 3 different ones going same time.

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

Your log is very difficult to read like that. Please open up notepad, click Format, and uncheck Word Wrap.
That should make your logs much easier on the eyes.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
Posted Image If I have helped you in any way, please consider a donation to help me continue the fight against malware.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!

That's ok. It's actually good. It means that Killbox is saying that those other files are not present on your computer.

Just killbox the first file and then proceed with the next steps.
