Hello,

Windows10 64bit, 8gb ram

The blue wheel next to mouse that indicate the system is busy, flashes on and off steadily about every half second. I don't have complete control over the mouse various other things

It goes away after running JRT, but as soon as I reboot it is back again. While running JRT, is seems to correct during the "processes" stage.

This is what I've done so far:

I ran the following tools: (each found and cleaned a lot of junk)

JRT

Adwcleaner

malwarebytes

hitmanpro

Thanks,

Thanks for your response. I'm no longer able to login to my computer.

It will boot to the home screen with the clock and date, but I cannot get it to go to the screen where I enter my password.

I tried holding shift key and rebooting in the attempt to access safemode but it just reboots back to the same screen.

I really appreciate your time, but I am going to do a factory restore. I don't want to waste to much of your time on this.

Thanks a bunch!
