I went to control panel and mouse.  There are only tabs for Buttons, Pointers, Pointer Options, Hardware.  I only see Vertical Scroll (checked) and Horizontal Scroll (checked) and Inertial Scroll (checked).  There is no checkbox for "reverse scrolling" or "reverse direction".

When I scroll down on the mousepad, the sceen goes up.

When I scroll up on the mousepad, the screen goes down.

It's opposite and I am trying to make it follow the same way.
