Hello! New to the forums but not to the site.

Particularly weird issue.

On a network with 20+ workstations which all access one file share on a Windows 2012 R2 server.
(Gigabit network internal)
It seems to only effect the Win 10 units (3)
When searching for a file in a share that is accessed by everybody on the network, the Win 10 explorer will hang TREMEDOUSLY and if too much action is put too it(Highlighting files rapidly, committing actions during the search, messing with the explorer in general) the explorer crashes then launches.
The Win 7 machines don't experience anything but some minor slow searches.

I'm at a loss on what is causing the Win 10 explorer to crash when searching for files in the drive. :smash:

Just to update others. My issue seemed to stem from the server's indexing file content and Windows 10 still showing it even though I had told searches to not look through file content during searches.
Still checking out other possibilities.
