It seems that my computer is having some issues with its boot process. In the past few days, I've noticed overwhelmingly high disk usage whenever I open almost any process, and so I looked into my options and found that I could run chkdsk, which could hopefully solve my problem. I rebooted my computer, and... nothing. It's not even a black screen, just no display at all. I currently cannot get access to my computer like this, and I am worried. What did I do wrong, and can I fix this? Any help would be hugely appreciated.

You didn't do anything wrong.  There are plenty of different possibiltieis at this point.

Let's start with these free, bootable diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html

What is the make and model of the system?  What operating system are you using (what version of Windows)?

Can you boot to Startup Repair?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
