Operating System: Windows 7 Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?: 64-bit (x64) Infection date and initial symptoms: On or after 10/17/16 at 10 pm Current issues and symptoms: appears to be the Trojan.Powerliks!gm virus, the dllhost.exe multiple processes are replicating and using high CPU Steps taken in order to remove the infection: Ran Malaware Bytes Ran Spybot Ran Combofix What scan logs have you uploaded to this post?:

Virus seems to have changed, getting multiple instances of conhost.exe running as well, Hard drive is rapidly filling up, system restore to two weeks ago has only made the problem worse.

Download and run HitmanPro. Don't download from Download.com. Hitman requires an internet connection in order to upload infected files.

 

You may better off posting in the VIrus Removal Section after reading the pinned topics. A malware removal expert can look at your logs.

 

HitmanPro Alert is another option for scanning.
