PC keeps freezing randomly! Cursor still working!

Hey! First time on this forum! (Hope i posted in appropiate category)
 
I have a very annoying problem, my pc keeps freezing randomly. Im talking about a full freeze where i cant do anything, no CTRL-ALT-DLT or ALT-TAB, but i can move the cursor though, just not click on anything.
The only temporary solution ive found so far is to force it to shut down and boot it up again. So i decided that this was such a major flaw that it was would be worth it to do a full windows restore, so that i did, sadly it made no difference.
As i have been busy with school lately, i honestly havent noticed when this occured, so unfortunately i cant blame any events for causing this. 
 
So what can i do to solve this problem? What might be causing it?
(Im not very interested in paying for proffesional support, that is my plan C or something)
 
Bought this custom made gaming PC from Komplett.dk 1,5 year ago(Scandinavian website), have had no issues with it whatsoever, untill now.
 
My spec (using speccy, let me know if you need more info.)
 
My personal observations:
  • It usually starts with a program which "stops working"
  • It often happens when multitasking, however not neccessairly heavy stuff, just fx. browsing while opening one program, while downloading a game on steam. (Note: The freezes have occured while the computer stood idle, with no programs opens)
  • Cursor still works, and is often displayed as that blue "in progress" cursor skin (if you know what i mean)
  • I have noticed that sometimes when i had something running which displayed constant changing numbers, i could see the numbers still changing even a few seconds after everything began to be inresponsive.
  • The first couple of times the freezes happened after i did the full windows restore, a relatively quick "Scanning and repairing drive" would occur when rebooting the PC, however had no effect.
 
 
My tests:
  • As mentioned in the "Intro" i did a full windows restore, and installed bitdefender 2017 just after, so virus/malware is unlikely, but what the hell do i know! (VIRUS)
  • Also did MalwareBytes test and Bitdefender test, nothing found (VIRUS, MALWARE)
  • Did a temperature test, CPU was slightly hot, so cleaned the heatsink and temperatures is now great, however had no effect. (TEMPERATURES)
  • I have done a full "chkdsk" analysis to fix any hard drive problems, none found. (HD)
  • I have done a full MemTest86 and no errors was found (RAM)
  • I have done a Samsung Magician read and write test. Results: Seq. read= 535MB/s, Seq. write 506MB/s, Random read=91596/IOPS, Random write 74941/IOPS. Decent results (SSD)

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.

   Go to Piriform's website, and download the free version on the left.  Click Download from Piriform.com (the FileHippo link requires an extra click). Or if you want to use a portable version of Speccy (which doesn't require installation), click the builds page link and download the portable version. You will now be asked where you want to save the file. The best place to put it is the Desktop, as it will be easy to find later.

    After the file finishes downloading, you are ready to run Speccy. If you downloaded the installer, simply double-click on it and follow the prompts until installation is complete. If you downloaded the portable version, you will need to unzip it before use. Right-click the ZIP file and click Extract all. Click Next. Open up the extracted folder and double-click on Speccy.
 
     Once inside Speccy, it will look similar to this (with your computer's specifications, of course): p22004369.gif

     Now, at the top, click File > Publish Snapshot. You will see the following prompt:

     Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard

Now, once you are back in the forum topic you are posting in, click the p22004370.gif button. Right-click in the empty space of the Reply box and click Paste. Then, click Add Reply below the Reply box.

I'd say...that your Razer device...if not the problem...certainly contributes to whatever system problem you have.  You can test that by uninstalling all the software and the keyboard and running the system with a plain vanilla KB for a time long enough to justify a comparison of system functioning.

 

I can't translate your error messages...but I'm sure they will back up my assertion.
