changing out the cpu

ok i need some advice on my stock cooler, i have a dell optiplex 780 mini tower with a 3.0 ghz dual core processor , i'm upgrading to a quad core 3.0 processor q9650 . will my stock cooler keep it cool enough and if not where can i find one for that type of mobo? it is btx by the way
